A little help please

So I drove a 1999 F150 XLT for a decade with never a problem good god I loved that truck. When it got old and stinky my wife bought me my dream truck a charcoal and silver 05 F150 Lariat Supercrew one three weeks ago it developed a persistent rattle only in the right front wheel in four and out vacuum tested it today all is good plus the rattle goes away when i jacked the truck up and spun the wheels and checked stability of the spindle. the linkage feels firm all around as well what am i missing?!

What kind of rattle? A "bump" rattle? A "rotating" rattle?

Rotating rattle for sure the drive still feels smooth

Lord pulled apart the wheel down to the hub brakes are fine half shaft has o play cv joints are firm. I am at a dead end here

Are you sure it its the front wheel? I had a similar noise and it was the parking brake in the rear. Somehow the noise made me believe it was in a different wheel
