Yes, it should be no different than the '05 Ex headlights. It will require some cutting of the header panel behind the headlights if you don't go with the '05 grill/bumper to get the '05 header panel.

I got this kit, and it comes with bulbs and a wiring adapter to plug into your existing harness.

Cutting the header panel isn't particularly difficult, its just time consuming and messy. The looks are worth the effort though.
