Hi - I saw the forum and thought I should join. My dad bought his 64 F100 new in September 1964. He loved this truck and when he was not driving it was in the garage. It has 92K miles and is all original save the paint job and normal service items. He kept all the registration paperwork from new including the warranty card. He lived in Reno and passed in 2010. I inherited the truck at that time and continue to keep the truck up and garaged. I also have a matching trailer he had custom built. I drove the old truck from Reno to San Diego without any problems. I just love driving this old pickup even though I also have and F350 diesel for heavy work.
Welcome aboard, hello from Portland Oregon. Like everyone else has already said "we love pictures"hope this site helps you as much as it has helped me.

Here are some additional photos of my Dad's 64. Included is the trailer he had made to tow behind the pickup. I am not sure but I think the emblem on the hood is for a 6 cylinder motor and for sure this is a always has been a V-8.
Welcome and congrats on recieving such a fine memory . The emblem is correct, they changed in 65. The trailer is a beautiful addition and compliments your whole truck.
Hey, that is a beautiful truck and what a great story behind it. I just purchased a 1964 F-250 and am hoping to have the same story for my son someday. Good luck!
