New to the the list, has anyone put an Expedition console in a 250/350 to fill the wasted space between the dash and cupholders? I currenly own an Ex. and am not looking forward to losing the storage for misc. pens, papers, junk, etc.
Why don't they make a full console w/ automatics like Chevy does?

Mike. Welcome!
I think maybe because SD are made to work. Many come with the bench up front (40/20/40). I imagine tooling costs and development costs and, of course, install costs negated a full console for the Super Duty's classy brethren, the Excursion.
If you get an Expy front console to work let us know.
Get a Lariat SD and get the Captain's chairs with that center console that you can fit a small child in. I have a Lariat, and do not lack room for stuff.

mbudworth - I feel your pain. I don't understand it either. Did you find anything. I have been internet surfing for days now and no luck yet. I appreciate you sharing any of your findings.
The Expedition with captains chairs up front has the same seats and console as my Lariat with captains chairs. Its so deep that its sometimes hard to reach the bottom. They also build a subwoofer that can fit inside it.
