What was it salvaged from?
Also I would check to make sure it really is a lariat and that someone has not just added badges to the right places? A few things seem a bit off for it to be a lariat but then a few things are inline with the lariat models.

OK I scrolled through the rest of the pictures and its a lariat alright but the inside is not in great shape. Plus they don't show the actually miles on the truck in a picture so that would worry me a bit until I got that picture.

it's the real McCoy...I would hardly say cheap though. It's salvage title, 2wd with the wrong front end and the bare bones rims and crappy tires. not to mention they didn't replace the airbag cover from it deploying, and the steering wheel and seat covers show it had some serious abuse.
I wouldn't even consider that truck. It's kinda appalling to think it's almost $10k
