Had my 2011 6.7's oil changed for the first time yesterday. For those of you in the Richardson, TX area my service was done at North Central Ford. My service adviser, John Gibson, was very courteous. Not only was my truck ready *before* it was promised, it was washed, *AND* a rattle with the driver's seat belt is now gone! This is my first Ford - impressed by the service. -Bit

 

That is great to hear a good report on dealer service. Too often we only get the complaints or issues.

 

I also reside in the Dallas area,,,,I have had great service at Bob Tomes Ford in
McKinney,,,good to know there is an option, especially since I live much closer to Richardson
