Well, the sap is sure running good today! I stored about 15 more gallons today, up to 35ish gallons of sap now! WOOT! I will probably start cooking it off Monday, and if this weather keeps up, I should be over 40 gallons by Saturday! WOOT!
(Sad the things we get excited about.)
I'm kinda bummed tho....I JUST realized my inspection sticker is expired...
....so now I need to inspect the dang truck. Hopefully he doesn't give me any grief about the HID's. And the E-brake is not working, so God only knows how much THAT will cost. oh well. I'll have to wait until next weekend to install everything. Bummer.

what a nice change a pace!!! a nice spring teaser.
i did just the opposite lol.i went and borrowed the old mans '08 6.4l SD (what a thirsty engine.half the issue is the trans.it's like "tow mode" without even being in tow mode! the tow mode is crazy tow mode lmao.a bit overkill for my little chipper.) and got a little job done.
no way i could goof off with this weather.too dang nice to waste.

nice! pretty hard to beat real maple syrup.
my old gal is getting her first coat of BRG metallic/blk tu-tone today!
she's going to look so classic classy.
it's the color of the 2000's mini coopers.kinda hard to envision the color on the truck after looking at it on a little car though.
it's not your traditional BRG.she's much darker.he called this morning making sure because it looked so dark.i said,yup that's it!

the gold pin stripes wont be on her until after buffing i guess in a couple days.
hopefully she's all ready to take home Wednesday,day after tomorrow!
