Family stuff is hard but the problem I am having is I missed the lst one and I was the closest one to the damn function in that it was least then two miles from my house. I would really like to make it to this one but this time the reasons are a little bit harder to work with so we will just have to wait and see.

We could all go out 360 and meet Tim in Central Garage or Aylett. Take good backroads to the north side of the peninsula.

I'll be about 370miles/ 7hrs away.

 

We can always use more help on the build day. I have been house captain for my group the last 3 years running. this year I will be captain again but will also have an assistant. I am going to check out my house next week and see what we have gotten ourselves into this year.

 

I can meet anywhere. Richmond, bowling green, it doesn't matter so don't' take my needs into consideration. I love driving.

 

If you are going to do that you might as well meet in Tappahanock and head up from there.

 

I have been to so many places and have had to drive that if it is within 6.5 hrs it is a local event to me. ( speaking of which canada is only 6.5 hrs away which makes that a day trip)

Build day is April 28th which I believe is the last weekend in April. The GTG is the 21st the weekend before.

Oh cool a new show is coming on Top 10 Shootouts with Will (sons of guns) and Rich (American Guns). This is pretty cool.

 

Yeah the build day is only one day a year and it is done nation wide. So groups all around the country will be doing projects in their cities on the 28th. Its pretty cool and a lot of fun. Its hard work but at the end of the day its worth it. I am just glad this year I will be able to work as last year I was stuck only as supervisor since I still wasn't cleared to lift.
