71 f100
I have a 71 f100 with a 390 with only 61k on it. the other day driveing home all the tapits colasped on the right side. I pulled the intake and rockers off and relpaced all 16 tapits. pushrods looked ok. But now number 3 hole the intake tapit is clatering, some times it does and sometimes it doesnt.When I pulled the old one out the bottom was messed up. Could it have flat spoted my cam? If so would it matter if I put a push rod thats a little longer on the tapit?
