99-04 & 05-10 F450 diff differences

99-04 & 05-10 F450 diff differences
Need to know the differences in widths between the 99-04 & 05-10 F450/550 front diffs. like center of tire to centre of tire, is one front axle wider? I know the newer trucks had the factory fender flare, so I would assume they (with the dana super 60) would be wider?
Also, I know the 05-10 had the Super 60/D110 combo, but what did the 99-04s run, front and back???
