windshild extreamly loose

Has anyone ever had a problem with the windshild ever breaking free fom the adhesive befor. On my 94 F-250 i can literally move the entire bottom half of my window in and out about half and inch. The windshiels isnt broken or cracked just loose. I dosen't leak luckily but i do get alot of wind noise. Can it be taken out and reglued? I don't want to try it myself. I personaly have brocken the windshilds in my last three trucks while working on them.

I'm having a similar problem with my '95 F150. I spoke to the windshield repair man and he said it costs as much to re-seal the old windshield as replace it with a new one. The labor is what costs there. Keep me posted on what you find out.

If he said it would cost the same amount to install new glass or just re-seal the old winshield, I'd take him up on it and have him replace the glass for free.
