I recently got my 86 B2 running again. Prior to the 3''lift when I shifted I could feel it go into gear and knew it was good. It felt solid.
I just got her out on the road to test out how she handled. I was afraid to let go of the shifter. Im not sure what it is but I feel like its going to pop out of gear. Other than the newly secured boot Im not sure what could make me think this. The boot isnt tight, so i think. I dont know anything about how this works except that i push the clutch and move the stick.
The clutch seems normal but I have not driven it in a long time so it could be different. Perhaps the snug angle through the wall after the lift but i dont see how that would make it feel like the trany isnt going to hold the gear
anyone have any thoughts? So far Im thinking check/add trany fluid
