Liquid filled guages

Can anyone tell me what the liquid is in my pressure guages and more importantly where i can get some to refill them. The plug was knocked out while setting on the shelf and all the liquid has leaked out. Any info will be greatly appreciated!!

the guage is filled with glycerin a drug store will have it

Great! I thought it was glycerin but wasn't sure where to get any. None of the shops around town could tell me anything. Many thanks.
