Battery Consumption

So, as the title says, im a little worried about battery consumption. I have some extra accessories installed, and plan on more, but a guy at work got me thinking, he was saying that having all those things running could really put a toll on the battery quick. Not that I am worried now, but in the future, i plan on adding air horns with a compressor, which Im sure will take a good beating on the battery. What do you guys think? The extras I have installed are back up fog lights, backup camera, 4 off road lights 55w, and soon to do a in dash dvd unit. I know the current stuff wont matter, but If I were to add other stuff, some running board lights, cab lights, compressor, etc, would that start beating up the battery too much?
Truck 2011 F250 CC 6.2 gasser.

Thanks!!

I think your stock system should handle the additional load pretty well. If you find at some point your power consumption outweighs your electrical system, upgrade your alternator.

Most of your projected load is pretty low draw or does not put a load on the battery continuously.

Only the 4 off road light are really energy consuming stuff, but 20 amps draw plus about 20 amp the truck originally takes is still nothing for 120 amp alternator.
You are running them with engine on, right?
