lean code is back
i had a p0174 which is bank 2 lean code. i found a slow o2 sensor and replaced it. the code stayed off for 200 miles and now its back. it has fresh plugs and fuel filter in it. the fuel pressure is at 40 psi. i don't know where to go from here? the truck is 2005 f250 with the 5.4l. i cant find any vacuum leaks. the truck seems to run fine. what else can i check? injectors maybe? how do i test them? the truck has 140,00 miles thanks in advanced. this code is driving me crazy!!!

I ran that code for three years about fifteen thousand miles and didn't know what it was. I recently fixed the exhaust leak at the manifold after it got bad enough. It took care of the code and wished I'd done it sooner.
