I think that price is outstanding considering what they go for in rougher shape. Even out here in Pacific NW not running they go for 3K+ not to mention what some people want for the rust buckets out east.
Rare to see an early crew with factory air. Most of these crews were for government or logging use and didn't come with many creature comforts. Long before the days of the "XLT Lariat" Super Duty as the family sedan.
This is not factory A/C. See those two round ***** just below the center of the dash in the A/C's bezel? Those are the two A/C switches.
There were 3 types of A/C available for 1968/72 F100/350's, all have "hang-on" bezels, bolt to the bottom of the dash.
(1) Factory installed integral A/C is combined with the heater. The A/C controls are located within the same panel as the heater controls.
Factory A/C: The expansion valve mounts where the glove box liner is, so the liner is shorter. There is another glove box located within the bezel.

(2) Deluxe or (3) Economy dealer installed A/C is not combined with the heater. The two A/C switches mount into the bezel, and there are two types.
The Deluxe A/C bezel extends along the entire bottom of the dash, has four registers: Far left/right and two in the center, where the two A/C switches are located.
The Economy bezel is only located below the center of the dash, has four registers in a row. The two A/C switches are located on the far left of the bezel.
