A 3208 is mighty big for an F-250. You might wanna consider putting that in a F-600 or F-700. As far as diesels go, you could put a 7.3 in it. You'd have to change the motor mounts, possibly the transmission, install a computer, and several other things that I'm not familiar with at this time. Also, there are kits available where you can put a Cummins 5.9 I-6 in, I forgot who on here did it, but someone did put one in a 92 or 93 F-250. Just do a little research and you'll figure out what you want.
