Hello. I'm new here. I just had a newborn daughter and bought an 05 Navigator because I felt much safer with her and my family in it than my little BMW.
Anyway, everything was going fine with it and then the front end completely bottomed out. There was a whistling sound coming from the engine. A repair shop put a new O-ring in somewhere and it fixed it.
Now, the problem is...the passenger front height is pegged out to the max, and the driver front just looks normal. It also appears that the passenger front is pushing the read driver side down.
It's a real mess. I'm trying to figure this out without spending too much money (newborn
I've tried to flip off the switch in the rear. Drove it with it off. It's still riding wrong.
Any help please? I would search more but I'm typing this from my phone in my fiances hospital room.
It is possible the height sensor on the passenger side is frozen so that the system is raised to the max on that side. The height sensors go bad the most on the system. Its possible that side will not release air properly too. An individual could replace the height sensor themselves but the new system needs to be programmed into the system.
