Not to be a Wisenheimer but get the new one and as Blageurt suggests crawl around under your van just under the drivers door, inside the frame rail---see if anything looks similar.
Its an easy change out BUT watch for fuel spilling out of the lines of the old filter---it does sting the eyes if not wearing proper eye protection such as goggles.
