Been soakin up info from you guys for a while so today, if I can figure out how, I will start returning the favor by showing my build from the very start up to the present and beyond. I know you like pics so I started a gallery. Bear with me as I gotta do a lot of resizing. This all started April 2010 when I stumbled across this on Craigslist. 100 miles from home.
Street rod. Daily driver. Already got Mustang front end in and Exploder rear axle. Trying to get my picture size right as I'm new to participating in this forum stuff but practically everything I've done I learned here.
Wow, that looks really clean and straight!
Size your pix to ~ 600 x 800 pixels 75 dpi jpgs in size and compress ~ 50% when you save as whatever you want to name it. That should give small enough file size without being hard to see or need to scroll to see the whole thing.
Thanks for the advice. My new problem is I started a gallery so I can post pics in threads and everything was going well. 30some pics of my build so far. Like I said, I want to give back. Was adding some text to the last pic last night, went to upload album and it looked like I got bumped off the page. Everything is still there under under Edit Gallery but no longer appears under Galleries. It was there earlier as Idaho 56 build. Sorry for the ignorance. With a little help I'll get there.
Glad you see em. Not sure why I don't. By the way, AXracer, I had a 55 Ford panel back in the 70's. I dropped a T-bird 312 into it. Love to have it back. Also had a 52 F1 panel. Back then I think we all had to sell something to get the next thing.
Looks like you really lucked out in finding a straight and solid truck. You are doing a lot of nice work to it too. Thanks for sharing your progress and that's a nice size shop you have too.
