02sensor plug melted
2008 5.4 passenger side upstream 02 sensor plug coming from main harness melted to my manifold. Can the wires be connected directly? From 02 wires are black, grey, white, and white.. From the main harness wires are red with white stripe, red with yellow stripe, grey with red stripe, and brown... No idea what goes where....... Any ideas???

Absolutely, you could even use crimp connectors as long as you find out which wires to connect. Will you be able to keep the wires away from the manifold, so the insulation doesn't get burnt? Maybe splice in some additional wire so you have more length to keep the wires away from hot things.

Probably the best way to find out where the wires go If you get under another truck with a pen and paper and see which wires connect to which. If you don't have a friend with a similar truck I would just go to a dealer and crawl under 1 but hopefully somebody on here will do it and post it 4 you.
