92 speedometer problem?
our 92 e150 conversion van speedo has stopped and it will not move at all, sometimes it will jump up after about 25mph but it will soon fall to either peg and stay there for a while. We used to be able to push the reset or trip button and the speedo would bounce up to the correct speed what could be the problem, BTW i tried unpluging the rear speed sensor. TIA

Read this thread. Your PSOM is probably dead, but they're easy to change out. You can get a whole cluster or just a speedometer from the classifieds, eBay, or most junkyards. Expect to pay $30-50 for the PSOM and $40-100 for the whole cluster.
