All my door locks work except the rear passenger side, does any one know which wire supplies voltage to that lock, which collor, thanks for any help.
JIM
are you sure power isnt getting to the lock popper? I had to lube the crap out of one of mine to get it to pop correctly. also the linkage inside the door got the spray lube treatment as well.
There was a thread on wires being broken back there, but I really don't know what it was called. Here it is I think, worth a try anyway Jim. Otherwise I'm not much help
The lock solenoids/motors are known for going bad or getting weak over tje years. Mine still work, buy i have to hit the button several times to get it to move all the way
I doubt very seriously that you would HAVE to use the oem lock popper. the aftermarket is full of power door lock retrofit kits.
Good to know, thanks!! Let us know what you find. I need to dig into my rear door and try to free up a sticky lock and it would be great to know I have other options.
