Request: Front Body mount torque

Request: Front Body mount torque
I was trying to tighten the front body mount up and went too far, or the loc tight held really well, and I tore the top of the metal sleeve off that was threaded. I ordered new body mounts for the front and don't want to kill the new ones too. What should I torque these too?
