'95 f250 351, 4x4 lost the front drive shaft and ripped the harness off the frame and out of the firewall, destroying the harness on the frame to the back of the truck, the engine harness and the plug on the firewall.
anyone know what years, engines, exct. will interchange>
Well depends if its auto or manual, but your prolly gonna ahve to get it from a junkyard. any similiar equiped F-series truck should work. But if you have the E4OD you'll need to find a truck that also had that.
it is a standard trans, need to know the year range and engine options that will fit.
I have a scrap '90 f350 with manual trans and 460 eng. wandering if that harness will fit?
For the most part, wiring harnesses are vehicle specific.
It would need to be the same year truck with the same options.
For example, there were 20 (!!!) rear wiring harnesses listed for 95 F250.
Variations in wheelbase, trailer tow package, fuel tank options, engine size, etc. etc. etc.
