2011XL - installing foglights, kit came with new BCM
Hi- I just got the back-ordered fog light kit for my 2011XL F250. It came with a new body control module (fuse block and all that). It says it has to be replaced as part of the light installation- has anybody done this? What happens if I don't replace the module? It will require a trip to the dealer to re-upload the configuration or something. Thanks.
