It's hands free voice control for phone, stereo, directions, etc.

I love the sync features, they make my driving much more productive and safer (safer by letting me keep my eyes on the road while talking. texting, etc.).

I like the SYNC it took a little time to figure it out though. Starting this year NV requires hands free cell phone so I use that feature and I use the blue tooth to listen to live internet streaming on the iPhone. Kinda cool.

I love SYNC and have had no issues with it other than my Sirius radio has locked up twice in 14 months. I had to unhooked both batteries for a few minutes to do a reboot of the system. I use the Travel Link features often as I travel a lot. The phone features and functionality are the best I have seen in any vehicle. I even use the audio commands to switch between SNYC features. In my opinion it is one of those things the more you use it, the better you like it.

I love my bluetooth, une the phone all the time and no one knows their on the speaker, I alos use the bluetooth audio for all the music on my phone and it does it w/ bluetooth no wires,
