Got a '97 E-350 Club Wagon sans antenna base (haven't checked to see if the cable is still okay). Only one parts store around, NAPA but they don't show a vehicle specific antenna.
I don't think RockAuto is much good for something like that. Used is the best bet.
I've tried several aftermarket ones on my 2000, but all of them were crap compared to the original. If you're in AK, then this is probably not an option, but I just went to a junk yard and pulled an OEM one. Got the cable and all. Really easy to install it all the way back to the radio. Connecting a new one to the old cable doesn't work good.
You could use car-part.com for a used one and see what they'd ship it to you for. I see one for $10 in GA.
I went through too many automatic car washes and my base under the chrome cap broke. Went to junkyard and found out that Ford trucks, vans and rangers all have the same base. Popped the cap off and removed two screws for base and pulled the whole assemly out from top. Wire that goes to radio just plugs into the bottom of base. Easy fix with out having to replace wire all the way to radio. base was $5 bucks at junkyard!
