Body lift

Hey guys,
I am installing a body lift on my bronco and got all the body to frame hardware off on the passenger side until I got to the back nearest the tailgate. I was able to turn it with a huge wrench until the bolt stripped from having too much torque on it. I borrowed the neighbors grinder and took the top of the bolt off. For some reason I cannot get the bottom 3/4 of the bolt to come out of the frame. Are they connected somewhere in between? I tried to pound it out with a hammer and a tap with no luck. I can reach under the frame and twist the nut and the rest of the bolt but it doesn't move up and down only 360 degrees. What am I missing? It has to have something holding it in there that I am unaware of. I am sure the bolts are covered in rust after thirteen years but if it rust welded itself to the frame then it also shouldn't turn in circles. I suppose I am overlooking something simple but I am quite frustrated at this point. Any insight to my oversight is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

KJ

Just installed a 2 inch lift myself last month. The bolts you are referring to are at the very end right where the tailgate closes. Mine came out fairly well but I had to thread the bolt back in a few turns and pound the crap out of it with a 5 pound small sledge hammer. The two bushings have probably rusted together. You will probably maul up the end of the bolt but my kit came with new hardware so it wasn't an issue. If not you could always pick up a bolt from you local hardware store. You are probably going to have to beat the other's the same way to get them out. Except for the bushings under the core support they are a little different.
