Well folks, Valentines day is over and done along with the Honey Moon is over, we foolishly bought a whole bunch of Valentine yard signs and didn't sell the 1st one, and in fact only sold one stuffed bear for the whole time, I guess that means Kentwood isn't a very Romantic Town !! LOL!! oh well, happy Hump day anyway

Morning Louisiana. I just returned from Poverty Point SP. We cleaned up the Indian mounds. It looks good now. You can see the mounds much better now that the trees are gone. They may wash away now without the trees. It was a good trip for me. Free rooms & they fed us too.

Well boy's & girl's, looks like the rain might be gone for a day or two here in Kentwood, I just hope the folks down in New Orleans get to dry out a little for the next day or two so they can enjoy 
Carnival to its fullest. It's bad enough to have a "hangover" from all the partying, but it's even worse to catch a "bad wet cold" on top of all that!!!!! LOL
