I was driving my sons new 12 King Ranch, I noticed a slight shudder or cut-out upon starting out from a stop and turning right or left. The truck has less than 500 miles on it.I can't tell if it is coming from the trans or the engine.Wondering if anyone elese has noticed this or is this a isolated incident.2012 F-350 King Ranch long box,Built Oct 2011.As always Thanks for the feedback....Scotty
I believe it might be Ford's way of keeping us from drifting or fishtailing around corners. Try turning off traction control or advancetrac (hold down button for 5seconds)
Mine did that too. It has gotten worse (now at 16k miles), and now it feels like a miss sometimes during acceleration. I have to take it in to get the shift flare fixed, so maybe they are related.

I had mine reflashed Late November...so far no shift flare issue. But I haven't driven it in 2 weeks (radiator / bumper smucked a deer). IMO it solved the problem thus far....
This truck is brand spanking new less than 1000 miles.Have tried it with trac.control disabled. The diff. is not in lock.It feels like a slight hesatation or miss.We can't seem to identify whether it's engine or trans related. Will find out more as time goes on I'm sure.I will keep you updated. Thanks for the feedback.
