Oh god I only wish that were true. Sadly there are forum members who have installed this only to have their coolers blow later on down the road. If only that $130 thing could fix all the 6.0's problems.

It doesn't fix the problem if the wheels are already in motion. If you're already at a decent delta, then it will, otherwise you may as well have them both replaced then install....
