Park it on the street in front of the dealer in a VERY conspicuous spot to the customers, take a bottle of white shoe polish, and express your thoughts on the windshield of the rig. That has gotten relief for three of my buddys in the past (Ford, 2x for paint peeling and 1x GM, head gaskets).

So far they have all been within specs! This is still insane that they cannot fix this once and for all!!!

Head Gasket Leaking

Hi strone88 and welcome to FTE

Ford has come up with an updated head gasket and a new procedure to replace it. The engine is supposed to be removed to do it to make sure the gasket surfaces can be cleaned properly and not scratched or whatever. They also say that under no circumstances should any power tools be used to clean the surfaces and no metal scrapers of any sort be used. Apparently any scratches at all in the gasket surfaces are too many and the head would have to be replaced. There are also new specs for warpage. Your dealer should have a new kit for checking this and should have had techs take the course on headgasket repairs.
Do you get along well with your dealer? You might ask them about "After Warranty Adjustment". Basically you, the dealer and Ford would share the cost of the repair. Usually the customer ends up paying very little. If your local dealer wont go good for it maybe try another dealer and see what they say.
You might also want to ask the same question at www.flatratetech.com and see what they say there. There are some shop managers, service advisors, warranty clerks etc there that I'm sure will have more ideas.
Let us know how you make out.
