I have not on the 6.0's, but I have used them many, many times on high performance small and big block Chevrolet V-8's. The quality is exceptional.
I wouldn't hesitate to use them. If I ever have my own 6.0 apart again, I will look into using them.
Have you seen them in person? Where are they being retailed?

Thats what I was thinking. I saw their add in "Diesel Power". This is the only place that I have found them:

I just had my heads milled at cometic gasket in ohio. Awesome service great company. Wanted to try their head gaskets out but my mechanic wanted to use oem so thats what we did. They look to be good to go. I would call them directly
