CCSB Dually
Do you mean the smaller, round tubs when you say conversion fenders?
Trucks! Super Dually Project overview
Here is wat I did.
Used my shorbed and ARROWCRAFTs http://www.arrowcraft.com dually fenders. I also used pieces from a factory dually bed. I am **** and I do thing MY way and this is how I went about it

Drilled the holes to mount the passenger fender

Then CUT out what I didnt want(arrow craft wants you to leave the inner arch)

After I got fender mounted and located I CUT the metal away I didnt want. This made MORE work for me because the skin had NO SUPPORT now. But I used some of the factory dually brackets and made some of my own

The factory dually brackets I reused off of the factory 8' dually bed. And for those asking WHY didn't I use the factory dually fenders instead of the conversion ones, just look at how the factory dually bedside is shaped to accommodate the factory dually fender

Grafted them into my short bed. Used panel adhesive instead of welding to PREVENT rusting

I then took the bed outside, sandblasted, POR15, Valspar tractor Lo-glare black. You can see in the sandblast pics, the upper brackets

Here are some pics before the fenders went on
Primed and wetsanded

Painted(dont mind F-up on tailgate)

Clear
Arrowcraft also gave some weird nutserts to use to attach the fender to the bed(because you cant reach behind the skin to hold a nut if you leave all the metal on they want) I used stainless bolts, fender washers and nylock nuts.
I also used Factory filler necks(arrowcraft gave you extensions). I also MOVED the maker lights down on the fender(this way you dont have a CONSTANT glare of the amber light in your mirror)

All in all, this is NOT for a novice. I have about 20 hours into making the SRW bed into a DRW bed(not including paint) The Arrowcraft fenders are of a Very good quality and fit well, but like anything fiberglass, they need to be "fitted"
I understand why Arrowcraft had you mount the fenders like they did. It makes things MUCH simpler, but Simple is not in my Vocabulary
Hope this help anyone out who is thinking about making their truck a dually. If it was a long bed, the same thing applies(or just find a Factory dually bed and bolt it on)
back along when checking them out, iirc, ford offered 'em sometime in the super duty era and even then kinda scarce.
im not a fan of the looks myself, but to each their own.besides not caring for that style setup personally, that truck sure turned out real nice Brad.
