I posted pics before I had 25 posts, so that's not a limitation.
The pics have to be uploaded to the Internet somewhere first, like Photobucket or to your gallery or garage.
Once that's done, open the pic, right click and copy the URL for the image info, choose the icon above for Insert Image (the mountain icon), and paste the URL info there (http://).
Your pics should appear in your post.
I have never worried about the size of the pics from my camera, but they're usually less than 4Megs.
EDIT: I see I answered the wrong question. I told how to post pics, not how to load a Gallery. I no longer have a Gallery, and don't remember how I did it. Sorry.
