knocks and pings
I have a 2007 150 5.4 31,000 miles that started knocking and pinging at low rpm, fine above 1000 rpm but i am detecting ackward exhaust tone, after reading several posts on this site about similar complaints i replaced the cam sensors but prob persists, anyone have any suggestions, thanx mike

When I replaced my spark plugs to MOTORCRAFT PLATINUM for $12.99 at AutoZone this problem went away and runs much better and quit. Like it just came of the dealership quiet. Also when I pulled my old plugs out 2 were hand loose and one was completely burned out. I had the same issue. Hope this helps.
