In my neighborhood there's nothing worth spying on (yes I checked). Think I'd use it to drop water baloons on people.

Good idea!

Be good for conducting a search looking for lost people/kids and even dogs or bears.

Also good for inspecting fences etc. or even roofs of buildings.
