My 91 F150 likes to stall at strange times.
Sometimes going around tight corners you can feel the steering going heavy & know that its about to stall.
I have to turn the motor off & back on again to get it to go.
Any advice would be helpful as the embarisment of sitting trying to start her is getting unbearable.
Also has anyone used the Auburn replacement dif.
Im in Australia & its difficult to find anyone with one out here.
regards
next time it happens, take note of how the HVAC stuff is. Mine does the same thing, but it will only happen if the AC or defrost is on. usually I can catch it before it dies by giving it a little gas, and it will rev right up. If this is the case, you are not the only one who has this problem- try replacing the IAC on the throttle body
