replace you rear axel speed sensor, about $15 bucks and give it a test drive.

pull the rear diff cover off and change the fluid too....make sure the clutch packs for the limited slip aren't busted up. if they are the metal in there will do all kinds of stuff to your speedo.

First, check the wiring to that sensor - it runs along the e-brake cable, so it might have been pulled loose.

The speed sensor controls the ABS and the transmission shifting so they are all related to the same problem. Check the wires like Steve said first. The signal from the rear end to the speedo is a pulse signal, any unteruption in that signal (bad wire) would cause it not to work. If that checks out. the speed sensor ring might have lost a tooth on it, so open the diff cover and inspect it. Check to make sure none of the teeth are damaged. If so, replace it, it's cheap enough. If that doesn't work, it could be the speed sensor on top of the differential.

Another fine example of why you should always diagnose a problem BEFORE buying any parts.
