Armrests?

Did these trucks ever come with armrests on the doors? Has anyone ever made any or adapted anything else to work?

My 59 had an armrest on the drivers side but not on the passengers side. My 64 has them on both sides though. I think Dennis carpenter as well as others sell the factory style one.

LMC Truck has the factory style armrests, left and right with clips and screws.

Armrests are the same:

1959 Ford Passenger Cars/Trucks / 1960/63 Falcon/Comet Front & Rear (except 1963 Falcon Sprint) / 1960/66 F100/1100 / 1961/64 Ford Passenger Car Custom models Front and Rear.

1961/67 Econoline / 1963/69 N/NT/T500/1000 / 1967/69 F800/1000.
