A new dealer for sure...be aware Ford does not warranty water contamination in the fuel system...if that is the issue.

I'd suggest contacting ford cust service at this point and speak with them about moving it to a dealer that has a 6.4 certified tech on hand.

That is just too long for no action.

Other part of this maybe that the dealer has told the owner they will not warranty it and it will be a customer pay..upwards of 8K to replace the entire fuel system.

An alternative is your insurance company. file a comprehensive claim. Then they can go after the fuel station if reciepts are still on hand.

Is your truck a fleet truck...thru fleet sales? Might talk with cust svc for fleet if so.

They still accumulate water whether YOU put it in there or not.

How often did you drain the water separator? You may not have put it in directly, but unfortunately, it doesn't mean the fuel didn't have water in it when you pumped it. All it takes is one bad batch of fuel to ruin your day.
