The other day I noticed that the check engine light was blinking on and off. So today I reset the codes when putting a new battery cable on. After letting it idle some I took it for a drive to warm up. I still noticed the light blinking but seemed to stop after getting warmed up unlike the other day.
Once I got back I got out my code reader.

10 12 44 33 77 <- how "WOT" do you need to go for this to work?
Seems to be
10- Cly 1 failed balance test
12- RPM to high at idle/ Idle control fault
23- TPS out of self test range
32-EVP ciruit failure/EGR pressure feedback fault
33- EGR valve fault/Not closing proberly/or opening
77- User error
Any ideas on where to go from here?
Truck is in sig but just incase, 1988 F150 5.0 EFI 4X4 4 Speed Reg cab long bed 165k miles.
What I have done since I bought the truck: New Engine coolant temp sensor, New front tank with new fuel pump, fixed some leaking heater hose, New rear leaf springs (old turned out to be completly broken), Tune up, Motorcraft copper plus, autolight wires, MSD cap and rotor, air filter, PCV valve. I also rerouted the PCV to the center vacumm tree.
Well 10 is a space between tests and not the Cly 1 failed. 10 Cly 1 failed is only if you are doing the Cly balance test and you can not do that test with an 1988 5.0L.
I'm just going by what my Equus 3145 code scanner says. I have been finding some small vacuum hoses cut and I have been replacing them. Is there a better cheaper way to find leaks besides spraying starting fluid or propane around?
