Emergency Brake line question...
Here's the story; I previously had Smittybilt nerf bars on my Ranger. I didn't put them in, because I'm not the most mechanical guy around. (I know, it's not a hard job, but what's done is done.)
Anyway, I went to take the nerf bars off(they're rusted now) and there seems to be a cable going through a hole in one of the driver side brackets. I believe it's the emergency brake cable.
My question is, how is the cable disconnected so I can feed it through the bracket and take it off? Anyone know? Any tips would be appreciated.
