upfitter switch with ign. off

upfitter switch with ign. off
have posted this on other forums with little results...how do i wire one of the up-fitter switches to be hot with the ign. off. i use strobes for road-side work...& don't want to leave ign on or motor running...thanks for any help.....need snow

Just to be clear, the upfitters are powered when the key is turned to the ACC position. The engine does not have to be running.
