Speed bouncing
Sorry, I am new but I have read several post about this problem, here we go again. I noticed my speedo bouncing after i took it out to try and replace my cluster with an XLT one with a tach. This did not work even though everybody says it does, tried different model ones late and new 1995. So I put it back in and added an after market sun tach, problem solver. But now my speedo bounces. Could I have damaged it some how? it appears ok but maybe i shocked it some how, ESD. Also, I added an after market resistor chip for performance, now the truck will not stay in overdrive (slips in and out) around 35-45 miles an hour so I push the button to keep it out until hwy speeds. I did the stupid thing too may mods an one time to figure out the problems. Any help would be appreciated.
