Anyone out there install a leveling kit on an early 99. What brand and height did you go with. Also, did track bar need replaced or could the stock bar be used?
You will more than likely have to use the dual axis camber castor sleeves and the alignment may run up to $250 then your tires may not be 100% vertical even if still in the green as in safe wear zone.
Just my experience....
i put one on my 04/99 dually crewcab. i cant remember the brand. it's the type that lowers the front spring mount. it came with a bracket to lower the track bar off the frame a lil bit. i then put some add a leafs front and rear along with some new shocks. rides a lil stiff-but it's a truck.

Do you have an F250 or 350. E99 F250s came stock with 10CM (approx 4") rear blocks vs 5cm rear blocks in 99.5+ F250s. F350s all came with 10cm blocks.
Instead of raising the front to level my truck I replaced the 10cm rear blocks with 5cm blocks on my E99 to lower the rear 5cm. The rear is now only 1" higher then the front. The front was a bit higher anyway because it has the "Camper" package and has W code front springs which are arched a bit more then the usual T or U code front springs found on trucks without the camper package.
Spring codes can be found on the door sticker under SPR.
As an example on my door sticker in the bottom right corner under SPR is WA. W springs up front and A springs at the rear.
