Knowledge and Wisdom

After buying my 1991 F350 Diesel, i was a little more than nervous/worried, its a big purchase (literally) and its quite intimidating for someone like me who has little to no mechanical experience. After getting online and really digging for some information on these things i found this site, and immediatly registered after reading all of the amazing information you guys have compiled.

Basically i just want to say thank you and many pats on the back to you guys for the help that yall have given thus far. Idk if you guys should be proud of yourselfs or what but i really do appreciate the help and Im sure there are others like me who feel the same way.

Thank you guys much respect.

Yeah I think that's why most of us join is to get some ideas when we get stumped. We have all spent long days and nights beating out knuckles and racking our brains on these old trucks so there is a lot if insight from past experiances to be had. Some of the guys on here know these trucks beter than I know my wife so you can get a lot of good ideas. I have a feeling if you keep that ol green rig of yours you will be getting some experiance soon enough!

not me!!

but i can show you a concrete block wall in my old shop that is full of cracks from banging my thick head against it looking for answers.

i would say 90% of us came here looking for answers to questions about fixing our trucks.
and most all of us stayed after getting the answers to try to pay back the favor to someone else.
