Checking In
Truck started this morning without any added heat to the block at 28 degrees. About 10 seconds of cranking. The Autolites must still be doing their job!
I must say this had been a very warm winter compared to the last one so you could say the truck has not truely been tested yet.
I do have some infidelity to report. Theres a T100 for sale locally with 99k miles on it for $4500. Its four wheel drive too. I am selling another vehicle and waiting patiently for the buyer to come thru with the money. If he does (and the seller of the T100 doesnt come to his senses) its adios F250.

Our Chinese Masters will soon have four wheel drive V8 turbocharged monster diesel trucks for $1995 that will BLOW YOUR MIND! 
Besides soon they will own everything over here and if we know whats good for us we better get used to doing what they say.

China must send us their absoulute "junk", how can anybody run a country on all the made in china "junk"? Made in U.S.A. is where I like to spend my money, keep what little buisness we have here at home.

And umm, 28* and 10 seconds of cranking? That's to much. At 28*F it should fire right off on the first turn of the starter! Providing everything in the starting system is up to par!
And an F250 for a T100? I got nothing to comment about that. lol

18 degrees this morning and it started right up after about 5 seconds of cranking. There was white smoke for about 10 seconds but then it cleared right up. Exhaust is clean just like a gas engine. No smoke at all.
There is no two ways about it I am a mechanical genius! Paid $1000 for this truck and now its purring like a kitten thanks to me.
BTW the T100 was a bust. It looked and started and ran good. I asked the guy "What are the roof racks on the cap for?" He said "Surf boards".
Uh oh....
I crawled underneath and it was rusted all to hell. He must have had it on the beach. And in the ocean. You could never loosen and of the bolts and nuts they were rusted all to pieces.
