E4OD for 351 same as for 460?

E4OD for 351 same as for 460?
Need help quick -- can someone please confirm that the E4OD used in a 95 with a 351W will not bolt up to a 95 460. I have always thought that they were different, but a friend talked to AAMCO and they fed him some lines that are gonna cause him to waste some money if I right. thanks very much
